Inspection & Testing
Indoor Air Quality Testing
Our trained technician will inspect the home or structure with the use of a multimeter device collecting real time readings to assess the air quality for formaldehyde, carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), combustible vapors, and total levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Multiple readings may be collected from throughout the building to assess various areas or areas the client may be concerned about. Once the inspection has been completed, a report will be generated noting any areas with elevated readings or results.
JLM Environmental can also test for other indoor air quality concerns regarding asbestos, mold & radon. These additional services require different equipment and analysis methods. View our asbestos, mold, and radon pages for more information on these services.
